Consider estimating data of failure times under step-stress partially accelerated life tests based on adaptive Type-I hybrid censoring. The mathematical model related to the lifetime test units is assumed follow Rayleigh distribution. point and interval maximum-likelihood estimations are obtained for distribution parameter tampering coefficient. Also, work conducted a traditional censoring plan (scheme). A Monte Carlo simulation algorithm used evaluate compare performances estimators tempering coefficient parameters both progressively plans. comparison carried out basis mean squared errors bias.
